Customer assurance laboratories (CAL) are a common quality asset. The lab tests samples of production for a short period (8 to 20 hrs) to help detect quality problems early. Hooks & Associates provides customer specific solutions for CAL needs.

A modular approach is utilized with extra steps taken toward calibration and maintenance ease. Each station has a Transducer Carrier Module (TCM) that plugs into a TCM rack. The TCM’s can be built to fit the specific application of the client. GFCI, and over-current protection are supplied on each TCM and the modules are pluggable and interchangeable. Watt transducers reside in each TCM sized for the application. All temperature and wattage measurements are made by a standard front-end system.
